SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

FIRST TIME GUEST are required to book services for first-time Guests.

ALL GUEST: Most services are listed a la carte. Please ensure that you request all desired services.

BOOKING COLOR SERVICES: A consultation is required for All Coloring services. All coloring services must be scheduled and confirmed. Same-day coloring service will not be accepted.

BOOKING MICROLOCKING SERVICES: a consultation is required for all initial microlocking services.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

We have a strict cancellation policy. We understand that life happens, but to ensure functionality please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations received up to 48 hrs prior to scheduled services will be accepted at no charge.
Cancellations Received For any reason less than 48 hrs and up to 24 hrs prior to scheduled services will render a 50% charge of scheduled services.
Cancellations received for any reason less than 24 hrs prior to scheduled services will render a 100% charge of scheduled Services.
No-shows to scheduled appointments will render a 100% charge of scheduled Services.
