SCHEDULING AN APPOINTMENT

FIRST TIME GUEST are required to book services for first-time Guests.

​

ALL GUEST: Most services are listed a la carte. Please ensure that you request all desired services.

​

BOOKING COLOR SERVICES: A consultation is required for All Coloring services. All coloring services must be scheduled and confirmed. Same-day coloring service will not be accepted.

​

BOOKING MICROLOCKING SERVICES:  a consultation is required for all initial microlocking services.

CANCELLATION/RESCHEDULING POLICY

We have a strict cancellation policy. We understand that life happens, but to ensure functionality please cancel or reschedule your appointment at least 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.

  • Cancellations received up to 48 hrs prior to scheduled services will be accepted at no charge.

  • Cancellations Received For any reason less than 48 hrs and up to 24 hrs prior to scheduled services will render a 50% charge of scheduled services.

  • Cancellations received for any reason less than 24 hrs prior to scheduled services will render a 100% charge of scheduled Services.

  • No-shows to scheduled appointments will render a 100% charge of scheduled Services.

There is free street parking in front of the building and in the surrounding area.
